Move Over Bob is a media and experiential company changing how the world sees and supports women in the trades.

OUR MISSION

To make the trades aspirational for the next generation through storytelling, hands-on experiences, and fresh perspectives on what a career can look like.

we envision a world

Where the trades are seen as powerful, creative, and essential, with women leading the way.

Where tradeswomen aren’t just workers, but creators, providers, decision-makers, and culture-shapers.

Where brands, educators, and institutions rally behind this generation and invest in their potential.

Where the face of the workforce finally looks like all of us.

We take trust seriously. When you’re with us, you can count on us to show up, follow through, and have your back.

A nod to Bob...

To all the hardworking, fathers, husbands, uncles, grandfathers, mentors, bosses, teachers, business partners, union brothers — we see you.

Thank you
for putting a hammer in our hands, for holding us to high standards, and for never treating us differently than our brothers. For bandaging our cuts and icing our bruises. For making room for our opinions on site (and only sometimes taking credit for them). For standing up for us, valuing our strengths, and talking shop like we belong, because we do.

Move Over Bob isn’t about pushing men out, it’s about making room for women to build alongside them.

We look forward to building what's next, together.
