Kimberley & Rhoyal San Fransisco, California

Kimberley has been blazing a trail for years. As a business owner, she has mentored a ton of people and finding good help is imperative to her success. So when the pandemic hit, rather than slowing down, she recruited her cousin, Rhoyal, to learn the trade.

"My cousin, Rhoyal, started working with me during the pandemic.  He is a Barber by trade so he has a great eye when it come to concrete polishing.  He is able to see what other apprentices have not.  Concrete polishing is an art, you can't just run a polishing machine like a lawn mower. It's great to have someone that I can trust. Equipment and tooling are expensive.  It affects your bottom line when these things  come up missing or broken with no explanation.  So trust is a big thing."

"We are all learning in this world. How I do something to get my floor done is how I do it.  I teach my apprentices the correct way and let them put there own twist on it ,that way we can get the task accomplished."
