DEWALT® Is Joining the Crew

DEWALT® and Move Over Bob are teaming up to open doors, challenge stereotypes and inspire the next generation of tradeswomen.

We’re proud to welcome DEWALT as our national tool partner for the 2026–27 season.

Over the next year, the partnership will appear across all three Move Over Bob issues, as well as our digital and social channels.

DEWALT will present Tool Talk, Move Over Bob’s introduction to the tools of the trade, and Shop Talk, our recurring conversation with tradeswomen about their work and their lives.

Together, these features will give readers a practical introduction to the trades and an honest look at the women building careers in them.

DEWALT is helping more people pursue the trades. Move Over Bob is helping more girls discover them in the first place. With the magazine reaching young people through schools, CTE programs, and workforce organizations across the country, the partnership brings those efforts together.

DEWALT is committed to this shared mission. Through its Grow the Trades initiative, DEWALT has pledged $60 million by 2030 to support current and aspiring tradespeople through scholarships, grants and tool donations.

“DEWALT has an incredible legacy among the pros doing this work every day, and we love that this partnership gives them the chance to be the first tool brands many teenage girls get to know,” said Kate Glantz, co-founder and chief executive officer of Move Over Bob.

“At DEWALT, we’re proud to support the current and future workforce that keeps the trades strong,” said Jordan Ward, Director, NA Brand Marketing Activation. “Move Over Bob offers young readers a meaningful introduction to the world of skilled trades and the opportunities they create. Encouraging more young women to pursue these paths is essential, because their talent, perspective and leadership are critical to the industry’s future.”
